On March 3rd, at the refined and central Metropol in Zurich, the wine Soave will be the protagonist of a tasting reserved for press and professionals conducted by Christian Eder of the magazine Vinum, titled “Soave: origin, style, value”.  A private tasting will follow. In particular, Sunday, March 23rd at 13.00 we will address the theme “The Cru of Soave: origin, style, value” attempting to communicate the complexity and typology of Soave within the close relationship between old vines and the production interpretation of each producer; on March 24th at 14:00 instead we will talk about “Vulcania: The Vulcan’s Forge” and here we will address the “volcano” factor in the terroir of Soave and how it has markedly characterized the wine over time; finally, the last seminar is expected for March 25th with the theme “the red and the white: through the wines of the Veneto”.
